Abstract

In this short article for the UK Housing Review 2021 Autumn Briefing Paper, Tom explores the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the private rented sector, the issues of forbearance by landlords, and proposed policy solutions by the UK Government and devolved governments to the rent arrears crisis.
