Cultures of Place is a showcase of exhibitions, installations, performances, workshops, talks and discussion about place. The School of Arts and Humanities at the University of Huddersfield, in collaboration with Temporary Contemporary and Kirklees Council, introduces a range of projects across different creative and cultural practices. This book documents the projects involved and provides contextual essays offering new ways to think about the making of place through arts and humanities research.
