Abstract

This paper presents a digital simulation for a electromagnetic flowmeter which could be used for conducting, low conducting and non-conducting liquids. The digital simulated results show that the low level flow signal could be recovered in the high level background noise associated with the low. or non-conducting liquids if a dual frequency driving and the appropriate digital bandpass filters and phase sensitive detectors are used.
