Abstract
This reflective paper discussed the contribution of Occupational Therapy students in a community respiratory team within newly established critical care pulmonary rehabilitation pathway during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having never had dedicated Occupational Therapy intervention within this team, this innovative placement opportunity provided opportunity for the profession to demonstrate the valuable contribution Occupational Therapy can have with the long term effects of COVID-19. The paper includes reflections from the Occupational Therapy students involved and the practice based therapists and university tutor facilitating the experience.
