Abstract
In this chapter, we reflect on the events that led to the mass resignation of the Gender, Work and Organization journal board members in early 2024, and the huge support it galvanised among management and organisation studies (MOS) scholars and beyond. We decided to write the chapter as a collection of personal statements in which each of the contributors shares what stands out to them from our individual and collective experiences, and reflects on what we all learned about feminist praxis and activism throughout the process.
