Abstract

'From Earth' is a live electronic performance work created for the Day of Sound Festival in Kutna Hora, Czechia on 15 June 2024. The work proposes an eco-critical perspective of place within a changing environment through its range of sound sources, sound processing and how these are further combined and manipulated in performance. The work was also recorded for Czech Radio for broadcast.
