Génesis del campo de Internet en Colombia: Elaboración estatal de las relaciones informativas

Este texto muestra en qué medida y a través de qué mecanismos el campo de Internet en Colombia ha sido una construcción principalmente estatal. Para esto nos enfocaremos en los principios que han organizado la interacción de los distintos agentes dentro de este espacio social que es el campo. Se trata, en otras palabras, de entender la lógica de un juego particular, el juego de Internet, donde distintos agentes, con distintas y desiguales apuestas, invierten y compiten. ¿Cuáles son las reglas de este juego? ¿Qué se apuesta en este juego? ¿Qué tipo de relaciones existen? ¿Cuáles prevalecen? ¿Quiénes tienen ventajas relativas y quiénes desventajas? Son algunas de las preguntas que nos proponemos abordar.

This text shows to what extent and through what mechanisms the Internet field in Colombia has been primarily a state construction. For this we will focus on the principles that have organized the interaction of the different agents within this social space that is the field. In other words, it is about understanding the logic of a particular game, the Internet game, where different agents, with different and unequal bets, invest and compete. What are the rules of this game? What do you bet on this game? What kinds of relationships exist? Which ones prevail? Who has relative advantages and who has disadvantages? These are some of the questions that we propose to address.
