Abstract
This report builds on the analysis undertaken in Stages One and Two. It focusses on ‘solution scenarios’, that is, moving towards understanding ways in which the housing needs of health and care staff, specifically, could be met.
To do this the research team convened discussions with a number of key stakeholders. These stakeholders were either working within the geographic area concerned, had experience of addressing the housing needs of health and care staff or had broad knowledge and experience of the issues relevant to the study.
