Abstract
El Laboratorio de Cultura Ciudadana de Medellín tiene el reto de constituir un mecanismo expreso, claro y efectivo de coordinación institucional para la transversalización del enfoque de cultura ciudadana en la ciudad. Las piezas de esa maquinaria se han puesto a prueba y funcionan, pero el arreglo final que permitirá que lo que ahora sucede de forma anecdótica y funcional, se vuelva sistemático y orgánico de la dinámica ciudadana y pública de Medellín.
The Medellín Citizen Culture Laboratory has the challenge of establishing an express, clear and effective institutional coordination mechanism for mainstreaming the citizen culture approach in the city. The pieces of that machinery have been put to the test and they work, but the final arrangement that will allow what is now happening in an anecdotal and functional way, to become systematic and organic in the citizen and public dynamics of Medellín.
