Abstract

Chapter 2, section 2: In global law enforcement terms, "Intelligence Led Policing" has to be the sound bite for the new millennium. Over the last two decades, the challenges to law enforcement and its public and private sector partners have been one of ever-increasing data, volume complexity and accessibility. Additional challenges include crime problems that have become ever more innovative, rapidly evolving, complex widespread and mobile.
