Abstract
The chapter gives an account of the current state of strategic communication and public relations research in Argentina, with the aim of having a real dimension of it, its level of institutionalization and, in a prospective way, to delineate future lines of action.
It describes the academic discipline offer in the country and the main dimensions of the research trajectories in the field, based on a descriptive exploratory study carried out among subjects who are currently or have recently carried out some kind of activity linked to academic discipline research.
