Abstract
This case study aims to outline the specific ethos, strategies, and corresponding best practices behind the successful coordination and operation of the BABM (BA Business Management) Suite of courses at the University of Huddersfield Business school which serves over 500 students by a team of over 50 academics. Amidst the complexity of this operation exacerbated by the recent pandemic, our teams have worked diligently to come up with innovative ways in facing these challenges through the development of collective social capital in managing stress, nurturing staff wellbeing, developing resilience, and importantly putting our students first. The lessons covered in this work would be relevant to any business and management learning and teaching team at a higher education institution.
