Abstract
This chapter focuses on aspects of the conflict in Northern Ireland and in particular, the actions and the thinking of those who joined loyalist paramilitary groups committed to maintaining the existing constitutional link with Great Britain. It concludes by drawing some parallels with the situation in eastern Ukraine after 2014.
У розділі зосереджено увагу на аспектах конфлікту у Північній Ірландії і, зокрема, на діях та мисленні тих, хто приєднався до лоялістських воєнізованих груп, зобовязаних підтримувати існуючий конституційний звязок із Великобританією. Він завершується проведенням деяких паралелей із ситуацією на сході України після 2014 р.
У розділі зосереджено увагу на аспектах конфлікту у Північній Ірландії і, зокрема, на діях та мисленні тих, хто приєднався до лоялістських воєнізованих груп, зобовязаних підтримувати існуючий конституційний звязок із Великобританією.
