Abstract

This year’s International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction, which was observed on 13 October 2022, focused on the objective to “Substantially increase the availability of and access to multi-hazard early warning systems and disaster risk information and assessments to people by 2030”, which is the seventh and final target of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030.
