Abstract

The book has been written to address the needs of trainee and experienced teachers, curriculum managers and CPD practitioners across a range of contexts in the Lifelong Learning Sector. The book introduces a basic model of reflective practice before exploring further models relevant to teaching and learning in the sector, offering guidance on the application of each model. Collaborative approaches to reflective practice are also discussed and the place of reflective practice in teachers' continuing professional development is carefully examined.
