Abstract

This White Paper summarises the Senior Leaders’ Roundtable on Serious and Organised Crime (SOC), held on 16 April 2026 as part of the 3rd Annual NPCC SOC Local Conference at the University of Huddersfield. The closed session brought together senior leaders from across policing, government, and partner agencies, alongside international representatives, to examine how the SOC threat is evolving and to critically assess whether the current system is configured to respond effectively.
