Research on Method of Robust Extraction of Surface Roughness

Abstract

On the basis of discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing surface roughness Gaussian filtering methods, the convolutional algorithm and fast Fourier algorithm of the Gaussian regression filtering and Gaussian robust filtering are derived, and the C language code of the algorithm is written. The results of data processing show that robust filtering can well overcome boundary effects and suppress the effect of deep valleys on the surface on the filtering results.
