Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional vision measuring method and a three-dimensional vision measuring system based on speckle structured light, which are characterized in that a first speckle image, a second speckle image and a color image of an object image to be measured under different exposure conditions are collected and corrected, and the corrected first speckle image and the corrected second speckle image are subjected to self-adaptive matching to obtain a parallax image under different exposure conditions; performing multi-exposure point fusion on the parallax images under different exposure conditions to obtain three-dimensional point cloud information, and matching by combining the color information matched with the corrected color image and the first speckle image to obtain a three-dimensional model; according to the invention, the speckle images are subjected to self-adaptive matching, and a multi-time window generation strategy is combined, so that the image matching proximity principle is met, the matching precision of the shielding region is improved, the point cloud data under different exposure conditions are fused by combining a multi-exposure point cloud fusion registration algorithm, the problem that a large light reflection region is formed and cannot be filled is solved, and the three-dimensional information of the light reflection object is accurately obtained.
