Abstract

Advanced decentralised frameworks, particularly the Dynamic Resource Orchestration Framework (DROF-AIBC), leverage AI and blockchain to automate production across shared enterprises. However, widespread adoption is constrained by the Capacity Truth Paradox: while these orchestrators require transparency, competitive nodes rationally
obfuscate capacity data to protect proprietary secrets. This study demonstrates that such obfuscation is a strategic economic response that cripples the coordination mechanisms foundational to DROF-AIBC. To resolve this, we introduce the Decoupled Information Boundary, a multilayered extension to the DROF-AIBC architecture that isolates public
supply-network coordination from private factory-floor execution. By utilising localised edge telemetry to generate binary, Zero-Knowledge Operational Proofs (ZKOP), nodes verify production readiness without exposing raw data. This approach enables safe, trust-minimised orchestration, allowing DROF-AIBC to function effectively within competitive, real-world manufacturing ecosystems.
