Abstract

Comments on the Paris Agreement under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change 2015, including: (1) its background and how it compares with earlier climate accords; (2) the progress of its ratification process; (3) its level of ambition; (4) its nationally determined contributions mechanism; (5) its provisions addressing the loss and damage caused by climate change; and (6) its future development.
