Abstract
Glitch Fiction brings together a group of disrupters, speculators and critical designers. Funded by the British council, the exhibits aims to push the boundaries of established design towards new territories and potential explorations.
Houldsworth’s exhibit ‘The relativists clock’ is a device designed to mitigate a certain type of fear, the fear of missing out or status anxiety. By measuring impact against the age of the inventor / designer when they created the output. The clock shows that you can create something astonishing at any age.
