Abstract
Esta investigación se llevó a cabo para indagar por las agendas informativas que sobre los temas de las comunidades afrocolombia-nas construyen los medios de comunicación colombianos y por los estándares de calidad que estaban presentes y/o ausentes en sus pie-zas periodísticas. Este estudio buscó entonces responder las siguien-tes preguntas de manera rigurosa: ¿Qué agendas informativas sobre los temas de las comunidades afrocolombianas elaboraron algunos medios de comunicación televisivos, radiales y escritos en Colombia? ¿Qué estándares de calidad periodística están presentes y/o ausentes en sus piezas periodísticas? ¿Cuáles son las narrativas, los sujetos sociales, políticos y culturales que son visibles en estas agendas? ¿De qué asuntos hablaron y quiénes hablaron de estos asuntos? ¿Qué pautas o lineamientos se pueden crear para mejorar la calidad perio-dística sobre el cubrimiento de los temas de las comunidades afro-colombianas en Colombia? ¿Qué porcentaje de despliegue mediático tiene este tema dentro de la oferta general informativa en Colombia? El presente artículo se focaliza en los resultados obtenidos para me-dios radiales y constituye la segunda parte de un primer artículo publicado en la Revista Criterios Vol 3 N.° 1.
This investigative exercise was carried out to inquire into the informative agendas constructed by the Colombian mass media and the standards of quality presented and/or were absent in their news pieces on themes of the afro Colombian communities. This study aim to respond the following questions: Which informative agendas on issues relating to afro Colombian communities elaborate some televised, radio broadcasts and written mass media in Colombia? What standard of journalistic quality are present and/or absent in their news pieces? What are the narratives, social, political and cultural issues that are visible in these agendas? Which matters do they speak about and who is speaking? What guidelines can be created to improve the journalistic quality on covering themes related to the Afro Colombian communities? What percentage of media dissemination does this theme have within the informative general supply in Colombia? This paper focusing on the results of analyse radial news and represented the second part of a first article published in Revista Criterios Vol 3 N.° 1.
